Features
- Seiko RC1536 printheads with ink recirculation, in M (13–150 pL) or L (25–225 pL) version depending on the project.
- 360 npi, 1,536 nozzles per head.
- 7 greyscale levels, 10 as an option.
- Up to 150 m/min, depending on resolution and greyscale levels.
- Print gap up to 20 mm, for parts that are not perfectly flat.
- Modules side by side or in cascade: side by side to widen the print up to 400 mm, in cascade to stack high-build layers.
- UV, solvent, water and oil-based fluids.
Made for high-build and Braille printing
In the L version, with its large drop, the bar is perfect for high-build printing: Braille text, tactile relief and raised effects.
In a single pass each printhead deposits up to about 45 µm of fluid (L version, 10 greyscale levels, 360 dpi, UV fluid). With the modules mounted in cascade, one behind the other on the same track, the layers add up in a single pass: four heads give about 180 µm, close to the Braille height on pharmaceutical cartons (about 0.2 mm). More passes build even higher.
Technology: nothing left to chance
Every printhead has its own dedicated ink circuit, controlled by the PLC and shown on the touchscreen panel. Every quantity that matters is measured, regulated and logged.
- Two opposed pumps, supply and return: ink recirculates continuously through the head and the meniscus stays stable.
- Two precision pressure sensors, upstream and downstream of the head: the meniscus is calculated in real time.
- Ultrasonic flow sensor: measures the flow of each printhead without touching the fluid.
- PID control of flow and meniscus, with dedicated parameters for each fluid.
- Heater with temperature control: viscosity stays right for jetting.
- Inline degassing: no micro-bubbles, fewer missing nozzles.
- AISI 316L stainless steel fittings and connectors, suitable for UV, solvent and water-based fluids.
- Subtank with automatic level top-up.

Frequently asked questions
How much does the modular print bar cost?
From €40,000 + VAT for the 100 mm base version. Each additional module ordered together with the base costs €20,000 + VAT, up to 4 printheads and 400 mm (€100,000 + VAT).
How fast does it print?
Up to 150 m/min, depending on resolution and greyscale levels.
Can it print Braille?
Yes. Each printhead deposits up to about 45 µm per pass, and the modules can be mounted in cascade, one behind the other on the same track, so the layers add up in a single pass. This is how it reaches Braille and tactile relief heights.
What is included in the price?
The print bar or bars, the traverse motor, the electrical cabinet with all the electronics, the 15" touchscreen panel, CE marking and wiring diagrams.
